How long does it take to receive my refund?

Items received for refund are processed within 24 hours of arrival. After processing, your refund can take up to 7 business days to be returned to your original payment method.

Can I receive my refund to a different payment method?

Skar Audio is only able to place refunds to your original payment method for security reasons.

If you cannot receive funds to your original payment method, we recommend contacting your card issuer or financial institution before returning items, as they may offer alternative deposit options.

For prepaid cards no longer in your possession, contact the card issuer directly about alternatives.

What is the return window for refunds?

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a refund. The policy explicitly states that even unopened, unused items outside this timeframe cannot be refunded.
