If you’re having second thoughts or a sudden change of heart, don’t worry; you have 30 days to return any items from your purchase made on skaraudio.com, for a full refund. Here’s how it works:

  1. Visit our Returns page to initiate the return.
  2. You will receive an email with instructions including an RA# and a shipping label (if applicable). Please package your item and send it off per the instructions in the email.
  3. Once your package has been received, an email notification will be sent to you to confirm that we have your return. We’ll follow up with another email once your refund has been processed.

All Skar Audio products have a 2-year limited, nontransferable, warranty covering manufacturer defects. This warranty allows for the replacement of your item; no refunds will be issued after 30 days. (Abuse of product or improper use and/or improper installation of our products is not covered under the warranty. ie… burnt voice coil, damaged surround, cosmetic damage, etc.). If your product, purchased on skaraudio.com, falls under our manufacturer’s warranty, follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit our Returns page to initiate the return.
  2. You will receive an email with instructions including an RA# and our return address. Please package your item with all original accessories. Please note: return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility. Please be sure to keep a record of your tracking information.
  3. Once your package has been received, an email notification will be sent to you to confirm that we have your return. It will take approximately 2-3 business days for testing and evaluation to be completed.
  4. Upon completion of testing, we will notify you of the results.
    1. If the warranty is deemed valid, we will ship a replacement product out immediately, at no cost to you.
    2. If the product does not qualify under our warranty policy, we will immediately ship it back to you.
