For eligible SkarAudio.com items, initiate a refund request within 30 days of delivery. Items do not have to arrive at our facility within 30 days. Shipping and late-return fees may apply under the full Return Policy.
Return Process Steps
- Visit the Returns Center.
- Enter your order number and shipping ZIP code.
- Select the eligible items, complete the return submission, and review any shipping fee before confirming.
- Read the confirmation email with instructions and a return label, where applicable.
- Package the items securely and include the required return documents.
- For a prepaid-label return, hand the package to the carrier so its first physical handling scan is recorded on or before day 37 from delivery. A label-creation event does not count.

Processing Timeline
We send a confirmation when the return is received. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 24–48 hours of receipt, with a confirmation email when issued. Allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Pre-Owned Items and Marketplace Orders
For SkarAudio.com orders placed on or after May 18, 2026 at 12:01 AM ET, pre-owned items with a SKU beginning USED- are not eligible for refund returns. These items retain a 1-year limited warranty from purchase. Earlier orders follow the standard 30-day refund-request window from delivery.
Amazon purchases follow Amazon's return policy, including its standard return window for USED- items. eBay purchases follow the applicable eBay return policy and Money Back Guarantee; protection for defective or not-as-described items is separate from voluntary returns on an as-is listing. Start marketplace requests through the marketplace. Other retailer purchases follow that retailer's return policy.
Return Shipping and Late Returns
Return shipping is not always free. A reason-based shipping fee may be deducted from a refund; the actual carrier cost is shown before you confirm the request. Vehicle-specific enclosure fitment claims have additional conditions. On-time returns have no restocking fee. If the first qualifying carrier scan is after day 37 from delivery, late-return restocking and label-cost deductions may apply. Contact support before sending a late return.

Warranty Return Shipping
For eligible warranty claims within 30 days of the order date, Skar Audio provides a prepaid return label. After that window, you arrange and pay for inbound shipping unless customer support explicitly approves a prepaid label. This shipping window starts at purchase, not delivery. Follow your approved claim instructions before shipping. Skar Audio covers outbound shipping for an approved warranty replacement.
Warranty and International Restrictions
Refund returns and warranty claims are different processes. Read the Limited Warranty Policy for new and pre-owned coverage, U.S. purchase and address requirements, international Amazon/eBay exclusions, and product-specific limitations.
