Skar Audio does not offer exchanges or upgrades. To purchase a different item, return the original for a refund if it is eligible and place a new order for the desired item.
Return and Repurchase Process
- Review the Return Policy to confirm that your item and purchase source qualify for a refund.
- For eligible SkarAudio.com purchases, start your refund request within 30 days of delivery through the Returns Center. This is the deadline to start the request, not for the package to reach our facility.
- Review any return shipping fee before confirming. Follow the approved return instructions.
- For a prepaid-label refund return, obtain the carrier's first physical handling scan on or before day 37 from delivery. Creating a label does not count as carrier possession.
- Place a new order for the desired item. If you order before the refund is issued, that purchase is a separate order and payment.
Eligibility and Fees
A refund is subject to the applicable return terms. Reason-based shipping fees may apply; late returns can also incur restocking and label-cost deductions. If day 37 has passed, contact support before shipping. See the shipping fees and authorization expiry terms.
For SkarAudio.com orders placed on or after May 18, 2026 at 12:01 AM ET, USED- items are not eligible for refund returns. Earlier orders follow the standard delivery-based refund-request window. Amazon, eBay, and other retailer purchases follow the applicable seller or marketplace return policy. Review the pre-owned item and marketplace terms.
Warranty Service Is Separate
