Full job description Summary We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Skar Audio, Inc. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, playing a crucial role in delivering outstanding service and support. Your contributions will help maintain our reputation as a leader in the car audio industry. Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure it is presentable at all times. Perform administrative tasks such as receiving packages and more. Calling vendors to inquire about delivery times and rates. Requirements Strong office management skills with attention to detail. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
