Skar Audio acknowledges that damaged or defective arrivals are frustrating. We offer free shipping on damaged or defective items so that they can be returned for a refund immediately, provided notification occurs within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

To initiate a return for damaged or defective items:

  1. Visit our returns portal
  2. Enter your order number
  3. Provide the ZIP code from your shipping address
  4. Select "New Return"
  5. Specify return details:
    • Quantity being returned
    • Select refund option
    • Choose the applicable reason code
    • Add relevant notes describing the damage
  6. Submit the return request

Important Note

This procedure applies exclusively to items purchased directly from Skar Audio's website. Customers with damaged items from Amazon or eBay should consult the respective marketplace's return procedures.
