Wrong Address on Order

What to do if you placed an order with an incorrect shipping address.

If you've placed an order with an incorrect address, time is of the essence. Please review the scenarios below based on your order's current status.

Important: Skar Audio cannot update or change an address on an order once it is placed. Orders must be canceled and refunded if address changes are needed before shipment.

Scenario 1: No Shipping Confirmation Yet

Contact Skar Audio immediately via our online contact form with your order number. If we can intercept the package before it leaves our facility, we'll cancel and refund the order so you can replace it with the correct address.

Scenario 2: Shipping Confirmed But No Tracking Movement

Take the same action as Scenario 1 - contact us immediately with your order number for potential interception and refund.

Scenario 3: Package in Transit

Locate all tracking information and visit the carrier's website (FedEx, UPS, etc.). Most carriers allow customers to redirect packages to local pickup points instead of delivery to incorrect addresses. If unable to manage this online, contact Skar Audio for assistance.

Scenario 4: Already Delivered

Unfortunately, there is nothing further Skar Audio can do at this point to assist. The company assumes no liability for shipments sent to customer-provided incorrect addresses. You may contact the carrier independently to try to locate the package.
