If you believe your order is lost, don't worry - most situations resolve quickly through systematic troubleshooting.
Initial Steps to Locate Your Package
- Verify the shipping address - Confirm that the delivery address entered at purchase matches your intended location.
- Check your property thoroughly - Search around your residence or business for hidden packages. Review security camera footage if available to confirm delivery timing.
- Contact neighbors - Ask nearby residents whether they accidentally received your package.
- Allow for delivery delays - Allow for at least 1 business day for delayed delivery. Even though showing scanned by the carrier as delivered, sometimes a pre-scan is made by the carrier and the delivery occurs at a later time.

Packages are commonly found slightly delayed or mistakenly delivered to adjacent properties rather than being genuinely lost.
