The Skar Audio SKv2-1500.1D is a competition grade monoblock class D subwoofer amplifier that was designed to deliver unequivocal performance and power output. As a part of the flagship SKv2 series of amplifiers from Skar Audio, this model utilizes only the highest quality internal components and features advanced engineering enhancements that allow it to outperform anything else on the market in its power class.
Whether you are competing in the SPL lanes, or looking for the absolute best amplifier to power your "daily driver" audio system, look no further - this is the amplifier for you. The SKv2-1500.1D is conservatively rated at 1,500 Watts RMS power, and at max power output can produce more than an astonishing 2,200 watts. In addition to its extreme performance capabilities, this amplifier features an advanced heatsink design that allows for maximum cooling, as well as 4-way protection circuitry, enabling the amplifier to operate efficiently at peak output levels for hours on end.
Furthermore, you'll have full reign over your amplifier with the built-in user control panel, featuring variable adjustment tunings for gain level, subsonic filter, bass boost, low-pass filter, and phase control. Versatility is key, and so you have the ability with the SKv2-1500.1D to run them strapped if desired, which is unique to our SKv2 series of amplifiers. In addition to all of the above features, it also has both RCA inputs and outputs so that you can easily daisy chain multiple amplifiers together, and utilizes massive 1/0 gauge power and ground input terminals which allow for maximum current flow and therefore higher power output.
This amplifier comes with a remote subwoofer level control (bass knob) allowing the user to have full control over their bass from the front of the vehicle.
*High power amplifiers producing 1500 watts or more may require additional upgrades to your vehicles stock charging system.*
*Never mount amplifiers directly on the enclosure*

Won't be able to hook it up for a month or two but very impressed with unboxing and the weight of this 1500watt amp.
I’m currently running two of these. I’ve had them for a few months now playing daily. These amps are impressive. The clipping indicator is very nice. Running both on a factory 80a alt paired to two dc luv 3 15d2. And an age battery. No problem with power. Lowest drop was 12.1 on hard hits. Very clean sound at any lvl. I’m currently installing an all Skar sound system in ol blue now. Almost done. Using 1 of these to break in my evl 15d2’s. Incredible sound. Anyone checking out Skar products you won’t be disappointed. They have great service in house also. I know. Even when it was my fault these guys were very helpful and professional about the issue. All my future purchases will be Skar.
I've only been using it for a couple days but I'm happy with the output pushing my single sa-12v3 In a sealed box. Using a odyssey pc1750t and a high output alt
I've been using this amp for a week now. Powering 1, EVL-15. and it sounds great. The amp barely even gets warm. Even after full tilt for 30 minutes. I love the bass knob on this amp, having the power light and the clipping light is great! I have 1/0 wire going to it. A basic battery and a cheap 220 amp alternator on my 87 Regal and it only draws power at lights whilr in gear because my car idles at 500 in gear and 1000 in park or nuetral. Stupid old cars and carberators lol. This is 2nd system i got from you guys and my sister and stepdad bought a bass package days after seeing mine lol (volt gauge/bass knob pic is with my car off btw)
This amp rocks, feels solid, good weight, no stupid lights or fan to die. Has way.... way way more power than my 2 12" JL W3v3s can handle, the clipping light is sweet and the knob is metal and feels very nice. Dosent seem to dim my lights nearly as much as my old 1600w max amp while pumping even harder which is impressive since this bad boy can RMS 1500. Also stays very cool, like completely cool. Very happy with it. Probably will never buy anything but Skar from here on out
